Vlastislav Bohac (1921 - 2014) chemist and painter.

Self-taught painter and warrior against Nazism. I am a chemist from South Bohemia Madeta, owning several patents (Lipno cheese). He exhibited only very sporadically, he still doubted himself and his work, so he kept the paintings and kept them in his studio, even though the works were quite good.
He dealt with Czech, especially South Bohemian, landscape, orchards and gardens, rural architecture, seascape with bays, harbors and beaches. He worked for the Dairy Research Institute and in 1964 he published the book Processed Cheese. He was a recognized dairy industry expert throughout Europe.
