Věra Beránková-Ducháčková (* 19th November 1909 in Prague and died in 1994)

She studied at Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, then in Paris at the Scandinavian Academy.

She devoted herself to portrait and monumental plastics. She has won various awards in artistic competitions, especially for memorials of prominent personalities.

For years, she had been doing restorative work. It is represented in the collections of the National Gallery in Prague
