Rudolf Gajdoš (*28th of January 1908 in Měšín at Valašké Meziříčí, died on 7th of November 1975 in Mikulov)

 He studied the Academy of Fine Arts at Prof. Švabinský. He lived in Zlín, where he participated not only in art but also in public life. He was Professor of Art School and organizer of Zlín Salons. Then he settled in Mikulov. He dealt with monumental painting. He created a cycle of lithographs in South Moravia, dealing with landscape painting with the theme of his surroundings
