František Gross (19 April 1909 Nová Paka - 27 June 1985 Prague) - painter and graphic artist

Studied: CTU (1927-28) and UMPRUM in Prague (1928-31). 1941-52 UB member. His work characterizes the span between rational and imaginative, between construction and play.
