Alois Kohout (*21th of March 1891 in Prague and died in 1977)

He studied at the landscaping school of prof. Crnčič in Zagreb, then at the figural school at prof. Baschet in Paris.

He attended study tours in Italy, Bretagne, North Africa and Spain. He lived mostly in Paris.

He exhibited paintings from Paris, Bretagne, Venice and Prague in Rubeš salon, Prague in 1926. In September 1927, he exhibited 36 works, motifs from Paris.
