Jiri Winter Neprakta ( July 12, 1924 in Prague - October 30, 2011 in Prague ) painter, draftsman, graphic artist and designer

He studied at the Secondary School of Graphic Arts in Prague, at the Faculty of Science of Charles University in Prague. He worked as a professional artist in the field of painting, free and applied graphics, animated film, television graphics, book illustration and toy design. His work is mainly connected with the work of Miroslav Svandrlik. He made his mark in the field of cartoon humor, collaborating with Dikobraz magazine and other periodicals for many years. He has published a number of books on cartoon humor and collaborated as an illustrator with Czech and foreign publishers. He has participated in more than 200 group exhibitions at home and abroad, organized over a hundred solo exhibitions. Represented in numerous domestic and foreign public collections.
