Marcel Niederle - (3.6. 1898 - 1990 in Prague) - painter, teacher

Marcel Niederle was a an artist, academic painter and a teacher at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. From 1917 to 1922 he was a student of Max Svabinsky. He specialized on drawings from all sports. He gained great recognition in the 1920s especially overseas, where he worked for 4 years for the famous Sport Ilustrated magazine. The author still has many collectors in the world.
