Vaclav Stein (February 14, 1917 Prague - February 24, 1944) painter and graphic artist

An academic painter of Jewish descent who died in a concentration camp. His brother was also involved in painting. In his work he devoted himself to landscape painting, genre scenes, figural motifs, still life and urban corners of Prague.
