2. Gallery

 Our shop, gallery, is located at namesti Kinskych 76/7, 15000 Prague 5 – Smichov and we are open every Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm.

3. What we do

Starozitnosti pod Kinskou Ltd. arranges buying and selling of items of antique character ( especially paintings, furniture and decorations, drawings, watercolours and graphic art, lighting, porcelain, jewlery, clocks, sculptures and other) . Each item is accompanied by photo-documentation, decription and price.

4. Pricing and Reservations

Starozitnosti pod Kinskou Ltd. is a payer of VAT in a special regime according to law, §90 Bill no. 235/2004 Sb. about VAT. All prices are final and non-nagotiable. All items, which are shown on this webside are also concurrently exibited in our gallery in Prague. Reservations can only be made by contacting us via email, by calling our gallery or by filling in Reservation Form on our webside.

5. Payment and Delivery

Purchased items will be dispached imidiately after full payment is recieved. You can pay using cash or card in our gallery gallery when picking up the items in person or by bank transfer. We can send purchased goods to any adress in Czech Republic or abroad using mailing services.

6. Visiting our Gallery

All items that are being sold on this webside can be viewed in person in our gallery in Prague after prior arrangement made by phone or email. We will gladly answer questions you might have.

7. Return policies

It is crucial that you examine each piece before purchase and after delivery. All items sold in our gallery are used items, and so worn out character corresponds to its age and so its not included in the description. According to Czech law we ,Starozitnosti pod Kinskou Ltd.,are not responsible for defects that correspond to the age of the object and frequent use that the piece had at the time of purchase. We do not give any warranty as by law we are not required to do so for used items.
