Vladimir Jaroslav Váchal (September 4, 1896 Velvary -?) - painter
He fought in legions in the First World War, where he published a regimental magazine, cartoons and drawings, also published in the magazine Houpačky in Siberia. In 1920 he returned, painted the moody landscape, still-life and legendary memories and stay in Siberia. His painting was decorative. He independently exhibited in 1929 and 1931 in Velvary.
