Karel Wagner ( July 18, 1886 in Pastviny - January 25, 1963 in Kamenicky ) painter
After returning from the First World War in which he became disabled, he left the mill trade and began studying at the Ukrainian Academy in Prague and in 1932 privately at the Adolf Zahel Landscape School. He devoted himself exclusively to landscape painting. He worked as in Kamenicky near Hlinsko, where he lived and worked since 1942, where he became his faithful chronicler of the region. He exhibited independently in Kutna Hora in 1943. Represented in the collections of the Municipal Museum in Jaromer, the museum in Svratka and the gallery in Kutna Hora.
